La Biennale Internationale Design 2013 est ouverte !
Hier s’est ouverte la huitième édition de la biennale sous le thème de l’Empathie.
Le labo [No water no Chemical], organisé par la marque en partenariat avec le fabricant de machine TONELLO, rencontre un beau succès ; l’expérimentation trouve son public ébahi et ravi !
François Girbaud a remis le Wattwash Award aux 3 projets des étudiantes de l’ESADSE retenues : [Atmospheric suspension] par Mélitine Courvoisier et Manon Wursthorn,
[Alhazen] par Anne-Muanaw Kaïj a Kamb
et [Wood pulp] par Chloé Martin.

Parcours tactile
Ce samedi 9 mars, un parcours tactile permet de découvrir les trois collections
ainsi qu’une découverte dans la salle d’exposition.
Conçu particulièrement pour les visiteurs mal et non-voyants, ce parcours tactile est ouvert à tous.
A la faveur des visites mixtes en famille ou entre amis, il est pensé comme un temps d’échange
et de rencontre autour des collections et de l'exposition "L'autre jean".

Atelier P'tits créateurs
En visite de l'expo,
deux aspects de la création vestimentaire sont pointés :
la forme des vêtements et les motifs des tissus.
En atelier, les touts petits choisissent une silhouette (fille ou garçon)
En atelier, les touts petits choisissent une silhouette (fille ou garçon)
et une forme pré-découpée de vêtements en jean.
A l'aide de tampons en corde, ils frottent avec une craie grasse colorée

pour obtenir des motifs textiles.
Une fois le vêtement personnalisé,
la silhouette est entièrement composée.
During the visit of the exhibition,

By means of plugs in rope, they rub with a colored crayon
to obtain textile motives.
Once the personalized garment, the silhouette completely consists.

« Jean et papier »
S’est tenu le dimanche 13 janvier au musée, un atelier en famille proposé par le musée
dans le cadre d'un partenariat avec l'Opéra Théâtre de Saint-Étienne.
Il s’agissait de « rêver un costume ».
A savoir créer une nouvelle pièce de vêtement originale par la transformation, le pliage,
le plissage et le découpage de jeans et de papier.
